ABOUT CHROMAX: ILLUSTRATION

I began my career as an Illustrator in 1992 working predominanlty with Airbrushes, but also with Pen and Ink. The knowledge and experience I gained through working with traditional design media has proven to be an invaluable foundation stone.

It was during this time when I was exhibiting at events such as The Ideal Home Exhibition at Earls Court and Covent Garden in London, that I began to truly learn my craft as a designer.

If I could offer one piece of advice from what I have learned, it is this:- "Talent only gets you so far, accepting that design is subjective, that you will often face criticism, and that you are always at the mercy of your clients makes you professional."
